Fariotte LLC provides transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply-chain management services, along with the software platform used to manage them.

Service availability and scope may vary by lane, mode, and jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Charges are due per the rates and payment terms agreed at booking, including any applicable accessorials.

Late payments may incur fees and suspension of services.

Liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable transportation law and the terms of the governing bill of lading.

Claims must be filed within the timeframes required by law and our claims process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fariotte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
